All students attending St. Pancratius Parish School are expected to be well-groomed and in uniform dress daily, unless otherwise directed by the Classroom Teacher or School Principal. The purpose of a uniform is to promote school community and lessen competition and distractions caused by some clothing.
All clothes are to be clean and free from holes or rips. All clothing must properly fit the student. A student who comes to school without having proper personal cleanliness or neatness may be sent home to correct the situation required to prepare himself/herself appropriately before entering the classroom.
Shoes
Girls: Girls in grades kindergarten through eighth will have the option of wearing black “Mary Janes” or black tennis/leather walking shoes. There can be no other color at all on the shoe. The entire shoe (sole, laces, eylets, etc.) must be black. Girls in the eighth grade will also have the privilege of wearing balck, navy or brown penny loafers. Good sturdy, regular white/black tennis shoes must be worn for P.E.
